What do I get as a Cueva Nueva Conservas Club member?

A Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter shipment of assorted conservas. Each shipment will come with product information, serving suggestions, and occasionally some extra goodies.

How often will my card be charged?

Every 3 months, right before your next shipment of conservas goes out.


How do I cancel my Conservas Club membership?

We’d hate to see you go, but we understand that things come up! We ask upon joining that all members commit to receiving at least two club shipments before canceling. If you need to cancel your club membership, you can go to ‘My Account’ and cancel.


How do I put my membership on hold?

If there are circumstances such as travel or moving, and you are temporarily unable to receive a club shipment, no big deal. Go to ‘My Account” and put your next shipment on hold.


When will I get my conservas?

Orders are fulfilled once a season in 3-month increments.

If I order merch will it come with my conservas?

Our merch and our conservas live in two different warehouses, so you will not receive them in the same shipment.


Do I need an account?

Yes, you will need to create an account to manage your subscription. You will be prompted to create one at checkout, or you can "Create A Login" here.


Do you ship internationally?

We do! However, you will have to cover the cost of shipping.
